Land in Hood County on Rock Church Hwy - Tolar, Texas near Granbury

We wanted to purchase some land in Hood County and we had a great experience with the Central Texas Title Company at their new location off East Hwy 377, located beside HEB grocery store in Granbury, Texas. www.centraltexastitle.com is their web site. Tell Belinda Hamilton (Escrow Assistant) I said, “Hello” and her email is belindah@centraltexastitle.com

Thank You Town and Country Bank of Granbury, Texas, for taking care of our financial needs on purchasing raw land, come to find out not many lenders deal with just raw land purchases but Linda Lytle (Vice President) her email: llytle@tcbank.com  with Town and Country Bank in Granbury at the corner off East Hwy 377 and Temple Hall Hwy did, and they will get, my business from now on, as soon as me and wife can work our busy schedules with my job and wife shuffling kids back and forth with football, band school function in Tolar, Texas. We will be opening a new bank account with them and closing down the ones that wouldn't take our business. www.tcbank.com is their web site.

I also have to give big thumbs up for a big job, well done. You only had a few days notice before my closing, I told you my circumstances, “we’ll get it done” said Tim G Martin (Survey department Manager) his email: tim.martin@e-ht.com  with eHT Survey Services of Hwy 144 in Granbury. www.surveyservicesinc.org is their web site. You did just what you said you would do, with your team’s professional conduct, service and excellence. You guys deserve all the awards you get! Troy Young and Barr family will recommend to all and will definitely use you again. Oh, not only did they do a great job, this is what got me, they have real person, I mean a real person answering the phone during business hours. Matter of fact, here is phone number for eHT Survey Services 817-578-8854. Be sure and ask for Tim Martin he is a HOOT! They are not like the other companies that I called and had to leave messages, then three days or a week later call me back, I’m sure the hesitation was due to the hot weather we were having when I needed this done. Imagine that, call me back a week later?? – Why the Hell even call back at all - just saying!

Sincere,

Troy Young
