The travel trailer is just temporary. School District will be Tolar I.S.D. and roughly 5 miles away from High School which located on Rock Church Hwy. as well. Shopping and Dining Granbury is 20 minutes out. Stephenville is about 30 minutes out as well. Takes almost hour to get to Fort Worth. Warning: This is Private Property do not enter without permission / appointment.

5 acres of raw land
No restrictions
Deep well water, just installed well house
Electric, new transformer/security light/breaker box installed
1 acre stock tank just dug, we hit clay so we didn't go any deeper, now we just need some rain.
Has plenty trees, most of the cedar have been pushed over, salvaging some for cedar post.
Road has been cut, but will need road base and culvert. I was thinking about putting two inches of road base then coming back with crushed granite after I put in the rock landscaping surrounding the entrance. Having to hall in rock because there is none on the property to my surprise. The soil is awesome, partly sandy. We even found some small Pecan trees, near the stock tank, which is great sign. I will probably put in riding arena for horses in the bottom where it's open up.

Sale Price $69,000

This view is what you would see if your pulling out from the property, Glen Rose, Texas and the Paluxy River is straight ahead.
This view is what you would see if your pulling out from the property and six miles is in Town Tolar, Texas and Hwy 377

Front of the property
Just to the right as you enter the property. This also the spillway for the stock tank.
Just as you enter, this is pile of cedar that need to be burned still.
Just entering - straight ahead is the stock tank and road curve left
 Front Entrance
Just starting to pull in the property
On the back side of the stock tank (damn side)
The Damn side of the stock tank
I'm standing on the damn and straight ahead is the front entrance of the property.
On the other side of the tank you can see that I left the mesquite tree. There is pile of cedar right behind it. that I have almost cleared out until the burn ban was put in effect.
To the left you can see the front entrance and the drive curve between the group trees and the stock tank.
As you can see in the picture below, we hit clay and with that being said the water will look a turquoise blue color. When or if we ever get some rain that is.
Straight ahead right past the trees is the stock tank
We got some rain!

The tank has about 8" of water in it now, but we still have away's to go.
If you look straight ahead at the top of the tree ridge, that's Chalk Mountain.
I still need to remove that one cedar that's blocking the view of the tank.

Straight ahead is the entrance of the property. Also right in front of the tree in right corner of this picture is the spillway for the stock tank should it ever overfill.
On the road heading toward the back of the property and this view is where I turned around and took another shot of the stock tank.
Slightly going down hill and curving right towards the back part of the property!
Just making the curve and you see the back of the property where it opens up.
Straight ahead is the back of the property where the electric and well for water is.

Below is where we took out a little terrace and piled it up for a building pad for a home. This is the far NE corner of the property.
Straight ahead is where I have my camper set up while we been working, so we could get out of the weather.
This is back of the property. My daughter giving treats to neighbors horses.

About 9/10th of mile from the Paluxy River
 The Old Rock Church
The Paluxy River
The other side of the bridge of the Paluxy
